We have been using Sophos Cloud For our business end point and Mobile device security for the past 2 years. Occasionally we are getting a case where all of our IOS with Sophos mobile control management via Sophos Cloud, will stop syncing even though it says compliant and the exchange account is then missing from the IOS device.
recently we have been seeing 2-3 occurances in the last 2 weeks where the email address is missing altogether. the solution is to go to the phone, back to the account and reenter the password again. We have seen similar issues In the past but we never really know if this is addressed by sophos.
All other devices of windows, IOS and android that has exchange manually configured in the phone are not affected. Only those that are enrolled via sophos mobile control giving us grief at the moment.
Any idea what causes this issue?
