Any ideas on what could cause this error? I am running a trial version of Sophos Cloud and currently testing it on a 3 computers. 1 of them is causing this problem, the other 2 are fine.
Is the Windows Event log service started? You can check if you launch services.msc. If not, can you start the service and force an update to kick off a new install attempt?
