I'm new to Sophos and am using Sophos Cloud. I synced by AD user accounts with Sophos cloud and installed endpoint on a few test users Macbooks. However when I install endpoint protection they show up in Sophos cloud as new users such as "computername\username". I'm trying to find out how to link the machine with the users I imported from Active Directory. Ideally I'd like that to happen automatically when endpoint is installed. Does anyone know how to do this?
