We have begun migrating from On-Prem to Cloud. The migration tool does not work for us so we have to do it computer by computer. Why? Because it continues to state an issue with the tamper policy and even though we fixed it on the enterprise console, the migration tool states that the policy has not changed.
When we install the new endpoint version, the endpoint still shows that the primary server is the old on-prem server. We have done an uninstall, reboot, and reinstall which still has not addressed the issue. How do we fix this so it is pointing to the cloud and not the old on-prem server?
