I would really like to enable and force two factor authentication (via SMS, etc) for all of the administrators on my Sophos Cloud account. It is very frightening to not have two factor authentication on such an important Cloud product. I can think of many ways in which a malicious actor could lock out the legitimate administrators and pretty much shut down an organization should they gain access to one of the administrator accounts for the Sophos cloud product. Perhaps also requiring approval of two administrators to delete an administrator would be a good function. I can't stress enough how important two factor authentication is to me. Please let me know where it lies on the roadmap for the product.
I would also like to see a randomized scheduled scanning option for servers and endpoints. For instance, "scan once a week between these hours on these days". I want to scan my servers, but I don't want them all to initiate their scans at the same time.
