Lost tamper password need to reset or uninstall

I downloaded the free trial version of sophos.  I lost the password -- no idea.  I'm trying to remove it because the firewall is preventing me from connecting to my new wifi router.  

I'm on W7 running 10.3 Cloud.

Need some help.  My computer is worthless without being able to connect.  I'm able to connect with my phone wifi hotspot only.

    AFAIK there is no Firewall component in the Cloud version. Anyway - you want to uninstall from the client as you think it is preventing you from connecting to the router, you've enabled tamper protection and lost/forget the password, right? Did you enable TP from the console or locally? If the former, How to disable Tamper Protection when managed from the Sophos Cloud should help.

    Does this mean you can connect your computer via your phone? If so, it should be possible to reset the TP policy from the Management Console.
