For BSOD issues, I'd suggest collecting a full memory dump from the system if possible. If you have access to a minidump file, this will also suffice for an initial look into the issue. 
- Investigate system bugcheck events or BSOD

Are you able to interrupt startup to boot into Safe Mode, or Recovery Mode on this device? 

If you need immediate access to your device, you may want to try the steps in the following Tamper Protection recovery article, up to step 6 where the concerned/crashing driver is renamed.
