Sophos Endpoint Agent blocks GIMP 3.0 RC1

I wanted to test GIMP 3.0 RC1 but Sophos always blocks the start

It then shows: averted harmful behaviour 'Lockdown'

Gimp installer link: download.gimp.org/.../gimp-3.0.0-RC1-setup.exe

it might just be that you're launching it from the browser download. If you download the file, then in Explorer navigate to the file in your Downloads folder and run it, does it work?
