Remove Intercept X Essentials completely on macOS

Hello,

A customer of ours had an old MacBook and transferred it, via Apple's migration assistant, to a new MacBook.

Now today I wanted to install Sophos Intercept X Essentials but the installer indicated that the product was already installed. However, the program could not be found in the Finder/Launchpad/Apps library.

How can I completely uninstall Sophos Intercept X Essentials (i.e. also e.g. in the ~Library folder) so that I can then reinstall the package?

Is there a removal tool or is it a matter of deleting certain folders manually?

Please let me know.
