Could you try using the link at the bottom of the release notes page as shown below? If this link is not used, the link you provided in your post will lead to the general release notes page instead. 

The latest release of Sophos ML engine states 2024,03,18. You can find this noted in the following registry location: 
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sophos\Sophos File Scanner\Application\Versions\MlScanDataVersion

While the engine version may not change, the data provided to the engine will be updated as needed.
