We are facing a problem finding some users and their computers in SHOPOS portal under computers or under "Restore deleted devices and recover Tamper Protection passwords" even though SHOPOS endpoint is installed in those devices.

Regarding the above query, has the endpoint been offline or deleted for over 90 days? If so, they might have been automatically deleted on your dashboard once it reaches more than 90 days. If not, and the users and endpoint are active, there’s a high probability that those missing devices and users will probably be managed on a different central dashboard.
This happens when you install a different endpoint package than the one you downloaded on your Sophos Central account.
The device has been offline for a while, so i guess it has been automatically deleted, thank you.
