Your device does not meet the security heartbeat requirements for this network.

Sophos Firewall

How do i solve this problem when firewall not detect the PC , user can't access the system and shows this image.

"Your device does not meet the security heartbeat requirements for this network"

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    May I ask what health state is on the device you're trying to connect to the network? You can check this by opening the Sophos Endpoint UI from the system tray. 

    You can also check if there are any alerts or errors related to device health from Sophos Central. You may need to dismiss pending alerts to return the device to a green/healthy state. If the device is already in a green state, try checking Sophos Endpoint Self Help - Services

    I see in your second screenshot "14 endpoints missing heartbeat status" is shown. May I ask if the device in question is a Windows or MacOS device?
