is there a current list or white paper listing all currently filtered translators who are blocked by default in End Point Protection with the Web Filter 'Translators & Proxies'? I'm particularly interested in whether the website of Google Translater is blocked by default. I would prefer a white paper or something like that.

The website "translate.google.com" is categorized under the "Proxies and Translators" category.
It's not possible for us to provide a whitepaper on all of the websites categorized as Proxies and Translators, as this list is always changing. One way website categories are updated is through reclassification requests received through the Sample Submissions page.
If you would like to find out what a website is classified as, you can use the Sophos Intelix tool. This will perform a real-time analysis of the website to provide details. This can occasionally differ from the category Sophos Endpoint and Firewall products will report back, but this can be of some help when you'd like to find out more about sites or files.
