Sophos installation failed

Can you provide the installer log file found under: "C:\Programdata\Sophos\CloudInstaller\Logs\".  Did it get that far?

Thank you for sharing this. Can you confirm if you're using the latest installer package while installing? Also can you share with us the Specs of the device where the installation failed? 

the installer version of sophos is V1.6( i think it is not the latest version, now i have sent e-mail to our security department) and when it is downloading , it will show  installation failed suddenlly.

This is a relatively recent issue, as it was previously available for download and installation, so my IT manager is also looking for the administrator responsible for this sophos in our company. It is not clear yet. I have a feeling that there is something wrong with the sophos server organized by the company, at least I am only a IT supporter and do not have permission to ask who is responsible

Thank you Han, for sharing this, and yes do let us know once you've got the information. Also, it’s essential to use the latest installer package rather than using the one that has been used before, as our product is constantly updating from time to time. Using old installer package may leads to some issues specially on deployment phase.
