Turn On Data Protection for all organization

Trying to turn on Data Protection but in the Sophos help section keeps showing outdate instructions and Google is not helping either. Check all Global settings for tenant and EndPoint and can't find the buttom to enable, please help

Can you share what Endpoint Self Help has to say.

From the screen you showed: "About" -> "Open Endpoint Self Help Tool" - Device Encryption page in the tool. Thanks.

Are the computers just using the base policy or do they have a custom policy defined?

I would go to the device in Sophos Central, and look at the "Policies" tab for it.

Which "Encryption: Device Encryption" policy is linked? If you click on it and go to the Settings:

E.g.

Does that suggest it is enabled?
