Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

May I ask if you are trying to install on an Endpoint device or a Server? Checking on your account, it appears only Server licenses are present.

Hi, I am having this issue when trying to install on a windows server. I have free remaining server licenses (13/15) and have this installed on an exact same operating system server. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
