May we know what type of account you're currently using on your Chrome? Were there any restrictions on that account that hindered you from login to Sophos Central? Was this a personal account or a manage google account?

Is it possible any add-ons or plugins are being enabled when you log in to Chrome? If you try using an incognito browser, ensuring plugins are not enabled, does the login work as expected?
