Endpoint webcontrol category lookup

Hello there,

Is there any tool to lookup URLs and find their classified categories for use with Central Endpoint WebControl?

The categories don't match up with SFOS categories and the explanation of the categories, while verbose doesn't provide site examples. https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000034407?language=en_US

I did find this topic from 2 years ago, is there any update on this feature? URL Category Lookup - Discussions - Sophos Endpoint - Sophos Community

It'd be very beneficial and allow us to verify that specific sites are blocked when we choose specific categories.

Hello Qoosh,

Thanks for the reply and link. Unfortunately Intelix doesn't provide the granular categories I'm looking for.

For example here is a report on facebook - https://intelix.sophos.com/report/6b0b45ab5e91418abf1e4e1c28c37d6c/static/file

It only lists the category as "Social Networking" which aligns to a group of 4 categories in WebControl but not a specific one.
