Device Isolation

Earlier today we tested out device Admin Isolation since we have never used it. Isolated just fine, but now cannot remove as the Isolation "status" has shown "Isolating..." for the last 5 hours. Health is Green and does not and never did show up in Admin Isolated Devices. We can do the 4 hour temp option, but clearly that is not ideal. We used my computer while I was remote and over VPN.

Any ideas?

    I'd suggest checking if the device is communicating with Sophos Central successfully. You can find out either by checking the "Last Active" timestamp from the Devices list in Sophos Central or by checking the MCS logs locally on the device at the following location. 
    - C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Management Communications System\Endpoint\Logs

    You can also try re-registering the device to Sophos Central by running the following command with the installer package. 
    - SophosSetup.exe --registeronly
