How long does Sophos Central try to isolate offline computers?

Hi,

using Intercept Advanced X, from time to time we want to isolate computers which aren't online at the moment. How long waits Sophos Central for the computer to be online again? At some point, it just gives up, want to know when I have to recheck.

    For activating device Isolation. You need to turn it on first to on your Threat policy. After turning it on, You can administratively isolate any device you want. However, when the device isn’t Online when performing the isolation command, it’ll receive the command once it turns back on and communicates to the Central dashboard again. 


    When a device does not receive an update from Sophos central for one week, device Isolation will trigger as the status of the device will change from healthy to bad.
