Systray Sophos non affiché après installe Sophos en ligne de commande

Bonjour,

Nous rencontrons un problème quand on installe Sophos en ligne de commande (SophosSetup.exe --products=antivirus,intercept,xdr --quiet ) le logiciel d’installation Sophos se lance bien, l’installation se fait correctement. Le seul problème que l’on rencontre, c’est que le systray Sophos n’apparaît pas (le petit icone Sophos dans la flèche déroulante en bas à droite de Windows).

L’installation de Sophos en ligne de commande sans le ( --quiet) ne marche pas non plus, aucun logiciel d’installation ne se lance dans le gestionnaire des taches.

Pouvez-vous nous aider sur une activation potentielle du systray en ligne de commande ?

    Does the "Sophos UI.exe" process exist in Task Manager when the notification icon is not present?

    Post install the "Sophos UI.exe" process is launched at login by being added to the startup key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
    Sophos UI.exe

    It runs:
    "C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos UI\Sophos UI.exe" /hidden

    I.e. the UI is "hidden" but the notification icon is present?

    Note: 
    "C:\Program Files\Sophos\Sophos UI\Sophos UI.exe" /exit
    Will exit the process in the current session.

    Is the install run as part of a script is run as System, i.e in a different session to the logged on user? I can see how running the installer in a different session might fail to create a process in another session but the first log off and on should be fine.
