Sophos Protection for Linux - check for updates

Question

Hi,
I have Sophos Protection for Linux installed, it is registered in Sophos Central. The recommended way to manage updates is via the Sophos Central console policies although Is there a way to manually poll for updates from the machine itself? This was possible under the legacy Sophos Anti Virus.

 Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 
 It's not currently possible to manually trigger an update for the SPL agent. 
 If you would like to see the results of recent updates or verify that there are no errors in updating, you can do so by checking the following log file. - /opt/sophos-spl/logs/base/suldownloader.log
