Sophos Connect - File Import Error using MacBook Pro/ Mac OS

Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

Could you let me know if this error occurs when you're trying to connect to the VPN, or is this an issue with Sophos Endpoint Protection?

If this relates to VPN, I'll move the post to our Sophos Firewall forum with your confirmation.
