I have followed the steps for a Global Exclusion to allow downloading the file Tron v12.0.5 (2023-02-02).exe. However, when I try to add it as a PUA, it won't allow me with the error message "PUA name is not valid". I've tried wildcards but that doesn't work either.

When adding PUA exclusions, you will need to enter the detection name generated when the PUA was detected. Could you provide me a screenshot/example of one of the PUA detections?
In this case, I'd suggest sending in the concerned file as a sample submission using the following web form.
- https://support.sophos.com/support/s/filesubmission?language=en_US
Allowing all "Generic Reputation PUA" files may not be the best approach in allowing this file through.
You can also click on the "Details" button on the right-hand side of the detection to allow this specific file based on the SHA 256 value or path.
