Complete scan performance issue

Most of the customer has Performance issue while in complete scan.

is there any option to set priority or performance control in Sophos agent option for complete scan.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    Try checking the settings you have specified in the Threat Protection Policy for Scheduled Scanning. If you have selected "Enable deep scanning," this can cause the scan to take much longer.

    I suggest configuring the full system scan to take place during off-hours so that it does not affect normal business hours. 

    If you wish to speed up the scan, you can also add exclusions to the policy with "Scheduled only" specified in the exclusion UI. 

    Running a full system scan regularly is not typically required unless you have recently deployed Sophos on a new device or if you have some concerns about the files on a specific device. Since Sophos utilizes "On-Access" scanning, any new files that are written to the disk will be scanned already.
