Problem logging on for over a month

Hi, 

Over the last month 9/10 times I have been unable to log on - I am getting the following error, please can you help?

403 - Forbidden
The server can be reached, but the server declined to allow the requested access.

After the mfa auth, this is the url taken to with the error

cloud.sophos.com/.../validate
