Computer says: No Sophos Security products installed
Sophos Intercept X is missing
central says
1. reinstallation of sophos did not helped
2. i have this problem on 10 servers
3. central console lies about protection status, now i must look at 100 devices to check if they are protected.
What kind of servers are this? Can you give some insights about which Server those are?

If you don't have one already, I'd suggest opening a case with our support team or giving our team a call so we can associate affected customer cases to our ongoing development investigation.
Does
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sophos\Management\Policy\UserInterface
look correct on these computers if you compare it to a working key?
I wonder if there is a policy issue for the UI?
