"CryptoGuard detected ransomware in C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\360\Storyline\Storyline.exe"

Hi

This High Alert appeared on Storyline.exe. This is a standard commercial app we've been using for years.

Could this be a false positive? The information with the alert is for "Generic.Ransom.C"

    Hello ,

    Thank you for reaching us, I would suggest you submit a sample submission for the said exe file through our sample submission portal in order for our lab's team to validate the reputation of the said exe file and let us know once done for us to help follow up for the said submission.
    Make sure that you've zipped this exe before submission and share as well the detection ID you're getting from the said file. If this is a false positive put a description as well stating that this is a false positive.
