We have been using Sophos intercept x advanced with MTR for about 6 weeks. Since then, our bandwidth has dropped 90%. We use a gigabit internet connection and have previously achieved the following values in a speed test in the browser: Down: 900MB/s Up: 800MB/s Now, if we're lucky, we'll get Down: 60MB/s Up: 300MB/s. We found out that it is due to the following settings: If these settings are deactivated, we have full bandwidth when surfing again. But we don't want to leave them disabled. Any word on the permanent fix?
The release of Sophos Core Agent 2022.3.0.56 has begun today. You can read more about the changes and fixes included with this release on the following page by selecting "Endpoint > Sophos Core Agent > All versions."- https://docs.sophos.com/releasenotes/index.html
The two most notable changes are related to download speeds and issues with large file downloads. If you require access to this version sooner, I suggest opening a case with our support team.
Hi, i've got his update yesterday but there is no Bandwith Improvement in our Company. I'm forcing this problem for round about 6 month. Can you send me the "Hot Fix", so i will test this temporary Solution. Thx

When will the 2022.3.0.56 update be available for everyone?
Our Core Agents are still on version '2022.2.2.1 BETA'.
Our agents are still on 2022.2.2.1 as well. Getting frustrated with the delay on this!
