Hi Nandakumar,
Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
If the devices are not on the local network behind the firewall, they will not be shown as connected to the firewall. One way you could filter the network connections going to/from the endpoints is by using a VPN and routing all traffic from the endpoints through the firewall at the office network.
If you do not have a Sophos Firewall you can instead use Computer Isolation from Sophos Central. This will disconnect the endpoint device if the status of antivirus protection changes from Green to Red. More information on this can be found in the following article.
- Computer Isolation Overview
If you do have a Sophos Firewall, please provide more details on where the firewall is located, and how the traffic is routed from the endpoints through the firewall.
Hi Kushal,
We have configured the Firewall in the AWS there is no office network, we have 2 webservers running behind the firewall and 2 endpoints are running on the servers this is our environment.
From the Central Admin account, we have downloaded the endpoint agent and installed it on our laptops but there is no security heartbeat in the firewall.

Nandakumar
