Sophos Endpoint Protection - Windows 2016 R2 Auto restating

In sophos endpoint protection, there was an issue regarding restarting when using the services in windows server 2016. sophos agent in machine shows an error massage. It's shows "some sophos services are not running please contact it"

    Could you provide us with some additional context on which services are not running? You can find out by opening the "Endpoint Self Help" tool.

    As an initial step, you can try re-stating the service manually. If this does not work, I recommend checking if there were updates to the component/service that is no longer running. You can find additional logs to help with this in: C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\SophosUpdate.log

    If there were recent updates that impacted this, I'd also recommend checking the specific component installation logs for additional information. These are generally found within either of the following directories.
    - C:\Windows\Temp\
    - %temp%\
