Sophos endpoint UI notification

Hello 

Im getting a notification appear to allow Sophos endpoint Ui Server. Despite having configuration profiles configured as per below https://community.sophos.com/intercept-x-endpoint/f/recommended-reads/116397/sophos-mac-endpoint-how..

The install completes fine, just receive a notification to allow Sophos endpoint Ui Server. Has something changed?

I already have all configuration profiles installed, so I'm confused why this particular notification would appear. Has something changed?

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. 

    As an initial step, I recommend opening the "Sophos Endpoint Self Help" tool to check the "Prerequisites" tab. You can find the tool either by using the Finder, or by opening the Sophos UI and clicking "About > Run Diagnostic Tool".

    If any of the components are shown with a red status indicator, this would mean that configuration profile is not working fully. If all components are shown in green, you may want to open a support case with our team to investigate further. 

    From this "Prerequisites" page there will also be a "Fix" button if something is not yet allowed. Clicking the button will provide further guidance on how to approve any missing permissions.
