Could you let me know what version of Intercept X is currently on your devices? The latest one is version 2.0.24, which should be compatible. There was a minor change from the prior/recent release (2.0.23), to ensure retained compatibility.

Do you have scheduled updates turned on in your Update Management policy?  If so, the new version won't be available until after the day/time set in the policy.

update is available now, guess it just took a few days.. thanks for your help
