Intercept X license exceed

Hi All,

I would like to know what will happed when intercept x endpoint license get exceed the license limit? is there any effect to changes in protection policy setting after exceed the license count?

    Hi Manawapriya,

    Sophos will still secure all machines with endpoint and this will not cause any issues on your security. However, it would be better to locate the unusable machine and remove the endpoint running on it completely to release the license counts. If not, then you will continuously receive alert and banner on top of the dashboard saying that the license has exceeded. For better understanding on how license calculation works with endpoint, please refer to the link below:

    If there is a plan of upgrading the subscription, then you will be needing to talk to Account Manager to have a discussion on how to achieve it.
