Instaltions fehler Download von WindowsCloudNextGen von Server http:∕∕dci.sophosupd.com∕update ist fehlgeschlagen.

Hallo

Wenn ich versuche auf einem Windwos 10 Rechner Sophos Intercept X Essentials zu instaliren bekomme ich immer den volgenden fehler (Download von WindowsCloudNextGen von Server http:∕∕dci.sophosupd.com∕update ist fehlgeschlagen). Die Meldung bekomme ich bei allen geräten und Servern.

Das steht unter den Punkt Lizensen drinnen. Sind gültig bis 01.01.2100

Gibt es ürgen welche Probleme in der URL?
