Endpoint/InterceptX is a product we use, and we have had sophos file scanner issues, but never as bad as they are now.We've restarted the service almost 20 times today between myself and another IT team member on different Win10 machines as the problem has increased in frequency
Could I check the logs for something related to this. I have been wondering if it could be an update issue since most, if not all, of these machines have domain accounts that are fairly limited.
It's not been a big hassle until now, just going to the machine in question, starting services as a local administrator (can't use domain admin because machines are in isolation) and starting the File Scanner service but if we have to do it 20 times a day, it is kind of a hassle
