Sophos Central Server Protection : failover cluster

I cannot find "\clusterserviceaccount\Local Settings\Temp" directory on a failover cluster in Windows 2012R2.

However, in the documentation (support.sophos.com/.../KB-000033343 provided by Sophos, this directory should have an exclusion rule in Sophos Central.

I had a chance to inquire with our team to find out if there were any special considerations for Intercept X specifically. You should not run into any problems when deploying both Server Protection + Intercept…

Hello Goodspeed,

I'm not a cluster specialist but I assume that clusterserviceaccount is an example (or a variable) and should be the username of the service account.

Hello QC,

Indeed, this is an example. But I can't find any trace of any account in "C:\Users\" or elsewhere.

There is a local CLIUSR account managed by the system but no profile exists either.

Could this be a reference to older versions of Windows?

as said, I'm no expert. As far as I understand this Microsoft Doc the folder is not under \Users\ but under the root of the system drive like, say, \inetpub\..

I don't see anything at the root of the disk. Really strange this mention in the documentation.
