I can't access to a website deepl

Hi ,  
My problem is that i want to authorize a website wich is : www.deepl.com   , i have many computers where the policy is working fine on them but for about 20 PC it don't work  . i can't understand why . let me show you the pictures .

    Thank you for reaching out on the Sophos Community Forum. 

    When checking the category of the site in question on our end, currently it’s displayed as "Proxies and Translators". 

    If you’re trying to allow this site, I recommend using the "Website Tag" function, and to leave the "Category Override" option blank. It looks like you have chosen both, but the category over-ride has the same original site category applied. 

    I also suggest adding the base domain to the list "www.deepl.com", as this is what I see in the screenshot of the events in Sophos Central. 

    Let me know if this has any improvements for you.
