When installing Sophos Central on a server, it now installs with Advanced Intercept X, since this we are having issues with users taking ages to login when using Citrix, Sophos Central is installed on the Citrix Server, if I uninstall it's ok, so must be since the change. All other running just the server protection are ok.
Is there a way to just have the server protection install? Has anyone else had issues?

I would like to ask if you've tried adding any exclusions for Citrix into Sophos AV to prevent scanning on Citrix's processes? The following Recommended vendor exclusions article can be used as a starting point. I recommend checking the links present under "Citrix".

If the only change that was made is adding Intercept X to the existing protection, you may want to exclude the Citrix processes from Intercept X as well. The following article explains how to add this type of exclusion.
