I have problem with synchronize AD with Sophos Central.
When I wont download installer nothing happens.

I recommend trying the download using a different web browser to see if any better results are returned. This typically has to do with extensions loaded into your web browser that may be preventing the download from starting normally.
With Google Chrome, you can try using "Incognito" mode in order to perform the download. By default, Incognito will not load web browser extensions when started up.
