HI am trying to deploy sophos intercept X for 30 clients and 4 server , i used the sophossetup.exe that i downloaded from the central sophos : https://api-cloudstation-us-east-2.prod.hydra.sophos.com/api/download/f677a1cb88ba5d6726e3c3136bebdd51/SophosSetup.exe , when i execute the file on one of the servers wich i have already a kaspersky installed on it , the installation finish witouht asking me if i need to uninstall kaspersky .
when i went to C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Cache\decoded\savxp\crt to try to force the unistallation of Kaspersky , it doesn't do anything , the black screen shows up for a little bit and dispaear . how can i do this ?
