Sophos Home premium (corporate) -- every day the message "we shortly start a scan"

Hello, everyone,
I haven't found a more suitable forum ...
I use sophos home premium (corporate edition) and since a week ago the Foxit reader updates were "recognized" as malware, now I get a daily message that the Av will soon be scanning my computer. I can close the window or click "move". The result is the same.
I have already performed a manual scan, the message still appears.

ideas/help?

    Thank you for reaching us with regards to this detection that you're getting. Can you submit to us the sample file that got detected on our sample submission portal for our lab's team to validate the file's reputation? Indicate on the description the detection name that you're getting.

    Thanks for the answer. I can't get the file anymore... Seems the file ist created/downloaded by the updater ... and removed after failing or completing. Now i am at the current version with FoxitReader ... so i can't start the update.
    ... But Sophos Home tells me multiple Times the day it would now scan my PC ... but seems not doing it really.
