Finding all devices that have connected to an endpoint

When I look at "Sophos Central --> Endpoint Protection --> Policies --> Peripheral Control --> Settings" I see that I have "monitor but do not don't block" enabled.  That is fine, I am still fact finding right now.  However, when I look under "The totals listed below include all peripherals detected, whether on endpoint computers or servers" I see numbers next to each entry.  Bluetooth has 41 detected, removable storage has 800+ detected, wireless has around 60 detected.

How can I find out what these devices are?  I would like a full list of all 41 bluetooth devices, 800 removable storage devices, and all 60 wireless devices.  That way I can start learning more about what users are connecting and get ready to block devices we find dangerous and allow what what is approved.
