Exporting a report which shows reasons for all medium or critical Endpoint security health status

Hello,

I am trying to get a report from Sophos Central which can show the reason for medium and critical alerts on Sophos Endpoint protection.

Right now, I have to select machine with medium or critical health status in Central and then check it on "Status"

Do we have Live discover query to get this, please advise.
