We are using a Palo Alto firewall and using ssl decryption to monitor traffic.
We have noticed though that when using the setting "Block sessions with untrusted issuers" that the Sophos installer is no longer able to connect to download the required files.
It seems the certificate used is showing as "Untrusted issuer CA" so I'm assuming this is a self signed certificate. I can't turn off ssl decryption so can anyone suggest a workaround?
