How to update Full AV Scan Schedule in Linux (Ubuntu)

Hi,

We deployed Sophos in Ubuntu machines in AWS. Currently a full AV scan triggers every Sunday at 12 Noon AEST and we would like to change it to a different date/time during weekdays.

I'm looking around but I can't find any source that would help. Does anyone know how to update the date/time of the scheduled scan?
