Auto isolated computer

Hello,

I have a computer wich is auto isolated because one or more Sophos services are missing or not running.

But how to remove it from the isolation ?

I can't have this PC in Threat Cases to "suggested next steps" and remove this isolation.

I can't find any another place to remove that.

Could you help me please ?

If the isolation is due to a missing service state - you need to get onto the machine and see which service isn't operational and fix that. On the machine you can see the state in the Endpoint Self Help…

On the machine you can see the state in the Endpoint Self Help tool in the about section of the UI.

Hello and thank you for your answer.

The user was on VPN when the PC was isolated. When he came back on our local network, the auto isolation was over and services runs great !
