I am trying to allow a application to run on my system.
I have added the path to the application to the Allowed Applications section under Global Settings. And I have updated the client.
The application is still detected and blocked by the client though.
Is there something else I am missing?

Thank you for reaching us, may we know what app are you trying to allow? Also what detections are you getting on your endpoint? can you share with us the snapshots of it?

If you can confirm that this is a legitimate file you used in your environment, You may submit this file as a sample through our sample submission portal and mentioned that this file is legitimate. Our lab's team will check its reputation and changes its status from blocked to allow.
You can try allowing the whole path for exclusion C:\KB4\Rassim\ and test if it's still getting detected. I would aso like to request if you could create a separate test policy where you can add your test systems. Create a new Threat protection policy then add those test machines where you want to add this simulator.
