<resolved> Sophos Endpoint intermittent browser connectivity outage

Sophos Endpoint 10.0.4

Since installing Sophos Endpoint I'm facing intermittent browser connectivity outages: My browsers (FF, Chrome) are unable to connect to the internet, typically for a couple of minutes before connectivity is restored again.

Other applications (e.g. Slack) are not affected.

I'm seeing these outages on a somewhat regular base, about once every 30min or so.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Resolution: It turned out to be a known issue with Sophos, fixed by upgrading to 10.1.2 EAP (which is _not_ just for M1 chipsets, as the name might imply)

    Hi ,

    By any chance we're you able to Identify which component causes the issue? If not? You may follow this KBA for the steps to identify which component causes the issue. Turn off the component one by one and observe if there’s some improvement after the toggling to each component.
