Sophos Central Admin: "Save as Custom Report" option not visible

Question

I've created a Custom Events Report, but the option to "Save as Custom Report" isn't available. 
 I've checked the official release step by step process and the type of report should support this new Custom Report option. 
 Not sure how make it appear. 
 Might be some general settings that need adjusting?

I have confirmed that this is working as intended - you can't see it because you are logged in as a Partner Super Admin. Only admins in the specific customer dashboard can save reports.  The pertinent section is: 
 When logged in directly to a Central Admin account - the Legacy reports that will allow this scheduling functionality will have a link titled "Save as Custom Report". The use and functionality of the newer report creation (MTR/CFR) will be documented in that product's Help section.
